Directions: Apply one thin coat to design, or solid color make sure design or solid color is completely cured .Then add or dot or paint nail art on wet blooming gel to create fun gel effects!
Make sure to give the product time to bloom before curing. Layering, and adding to small spaces, can create an elevated nail look.
Cure for 30-60 sec in LED. And 60-120 sec in UV!
